Mackenzie Mathews, Esq.

Mackenzie “Mack” Mathews is an associate attorney with Payton Employment Law, PC. Mack worked at multiple employee-side employment law firms in Los Angeles prior to joining Payton Employment Law, PC.

Mack has experience representing employees who have been victims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation and misclassification. Mack also represents workers in class actions. Mack is committed to advancing employee rights at all stages of the case from its inception through mediation, trial and/or arbitration.

Mack graduated from Loyola Marymount University (LMU) with a B.S. in Political Science and Sociology before obtaining his J.D. from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law. While in law school, he participated in the law school’s mediation clinic. In doing so, Mack gained invaluable experience acting as a neutral mediating small claims cases throughout Southern California.
