Ann Dela Cruz

Ann Dela Cruz is a Legal Assistant at Payton Employment Law, PC. Prior to joining the firm, Ann spent ten years working for a government agency where she gained significant experience working with politicians and attorneys throughout her career. Ann also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.

Ann supports the firm’s paralegals by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure that we stay organized, including updating attorneys’ calendars and schedules, scheduling attorneys for court hearings, and document organization. Ann also assists with the completion of court forms, setting up and formatting of pleadings, letters, discovery, and other documents, and efiling and serving documents.
