Rayne Brown Joins as Associate Attorney
Payton Employment Law, PC we’re proud to introduce our newest Associate Attorney, Rayne Brown, Esq! With a strong focus on wage and hour, retaliation, harassment, and discrimination disputes, Rayne brings versatility and passion to Payton Employment Law, PC.
During her time as a law clerk at the Firm while attending law school, Rayne discovered her passion for employment litigation. After passing the California Bar, she continued to develop her legal acumen and sharp analytical skills as a new associate attorney under the Firm’s leadership. Her litigation strategy is also enriched by her prior exposure to employment defense work. Rayne’s understanding of how employers approach and value cases, as well as her vibrant tenacity and balanced assessment of legal claims, lend her a unique capacity to achieve exceptional results for her clients today.
While earning her Juris Doctor degree at the University of San Diego School of Law, Rayne held notable positions in the Black Law Students Association and the Immigration Law Society. She also actively engaged in pro bono legal clinics, interned at the Consumer Protection Policy Center, and provided emergency immigration services to crime victims, survivors of violence, and detained individuals in need of removal defense.
